Customized Verbal 360 Report

Advantage Coaching & Training also provides a Verbal 360 Report Process.  One of our coaches can work directly with a person or his/her Manager.  A list of names of individuals who are willing to rate the subject is provided to our coach and our coach conducts a brief telephone interview with each of the raters, who provide answers to a customized list of questions.  Our coach then produces a concise 360 report, which is provided to whoever the client deems appropriate (Subject, Manager, etc).
