RCC
The Registered Corporate Coach^SM (RCC) designation is for individuals like coaches, consultants, therapists, mentors, managers, psychologists, and trainers who want to coach executives, managers and employees within business environments. The RCC program is structured for external or internal coaches working with businesses or internal employees.

RCC Course Formats

There are two formats for earning the RCC designation; live workshop or teleclass. Both formats cover the same material.

• Two-day, in-person seminar - This is offered a number of times throughout the year, generally in the Chicagoland area.
• Teleclass - This involves five 90-minute sessions delivered via teleclass (using a bridge line that participants call into each week simlar to a conference call).

In addition to the program, all participants receive 3 one-on-one coaching sessions with the instructor over the telephone to personalize the training.

Note: Teleclass times are 10:00a.m. - 11:30am Central Standard Time for 5 weeks total.
Three individual coaching sessions are scheduled after the coursework is complete.
