You and your coach set up a schedule to meet either in person or over the phone.
Coaching sessions are generally 30 minutes to two hours, every one to two weeks.
We urge our clients to set a schedule that works best for them. Coaching length
is determined by each client, but we find that executives who sustain motivation
and success develop long term coaching relationships.
