How do I find the right coach?

Coaching is a dynamic relationship. The professional sets the direction and the content. The coach provides focus, accountability and coaching expertise. The results are powerful. You can pick from our main group of coaches by reading their bios and requesting an appointment, or you may contact us and we will match you with the best coach. We encourage you to experience coaching first hand by contacting us for a 30 minute complimentary coaching session.

How does coaching work?

You and your coach set up a schedule to meet either in person or over the phone. Coaching sessions are generally 30 minutes to two hours, every one to two weeks. We urge our clients to set a schedule that works best for them. Coaching length is determined by each client, but we find that executives who sustain motivation and success develop long term coaching relationships.

Is the coaching confidential?

Our services are 100% confidential. This allows you to explore issues and ideas with complete protection and freedom.

Group coaching

For those who prefer coaching in a group we offer monthly telephone coaching sessions with your peers. This service is especially useful for those who like to learn from others and like the cost-effective process of working with a group. Team assessment and facilitation

Team functioning depends on striving for mutual goals with clearly articulated roles and open communication. ACT can coach your team to peak performance through several services.
